Delegate Registration Terms & Conditions

The Festival organisers reserve the right to publish information contained in delegate registration forms.
Registration fees are in US Dollars. 7% GST will apply to Singaporean-based delegates.
Registrations will only be processed with full pre-payment.

We accept credit card, cheque and bank transfers. If you are paying on a personal credit card, you may wish to advise your bank that you are indenting to make a large payment in US dollars. Credit card payment in USD and RMB are accepted.

  • Please note the following charges will be added to your entries when you checkout
  • 3.7% for Visa/Master and Amex
  • 7% GST for Singaporean companies
  • USD $10 admin fee for bank transfers and cheques
All bank charges shall be borne by the delegate company. We reserve the right to collect any shortfall amount.

Substitutions/Cancellations: Upon receipt of your registration, your place(s) will be confirmed. Any cancellation/transfer must be received in writing. One of the following charges will then be levied according to the cost of your booking and the time of cancellation. Asian Advertising Festival (Spikes Asia) Pte Ltd will retain the right to claim for unpaid fees.
• On or before 13 September 2012: 70% Refund
• Between 13 September to 7 October 2012: 50% Refund
• On or after 8 October 2012: No Refund
• Any refund will be made after the event within one month.
Substitutions are welcome, however must be advised in writing prior to the event before 7 November 2012
All attendee’s details must be provided to the organisers by 7 November 2012, this is to ensure the correct attendee names appears on the delegate pass, the guest directory and to accommodate any dietary requirements.
