The following guidelines provide information about the entry procedure. All entries need to be submitted online at

Before Entering
Go through the categories & rules. Read the tips carefully. Check the material requirements for each entry as you will need to upload appropriate files and send physical material.
Step 1. Create Your Account on the Entry System
  • Go on the Entry System, enter your email address and choose a password to set up an account.
  • Complete the details in the Entrant Information section and click “Next”.

Step 2. Submit Your Entry-- Online
  • Make sure you have as much information about the entry as possible, including the title, advertiser, credits, the answers to the compulsory questions etc. BEFORE starting the entry process.
  • Use your password to login to the entry system, and select from the drop down list the category in which you would like to submit your entry.
  • Put in the entry information, including credits.
  • Complete your written entry/case study. Your written entry is very important as the short-listing process takes place heavily on the basis of the strength of the arguments made. Judges will be assessing your submission against the criteria of strategy, creativity & innovation, execution, and results.
  • Provide the contact details of the client representative. Client endorsement is compulsory to complete your entry. Upon submission of your entry, a “Client Endorsement Request” will be sent to the email address of the nominated client, seeking approval on the submission uploaded. A notification will be sent to you upon their endorsement.
  • Upload three (3) compulsory hi-resolution images of creative materials from your campaign. They will be used to showcase the entry, if awarded.
  • Upload no more than five (5) items of supporting materials on top of the three images. The supporting materials should show evidence of the success of your campaign, and support the case made in your written entry.
  • We strongly recommend that you prepare a Case Film or “video clip” (no longer than 2 minutes) to support your entry, which should summarize the brief, execution and outcome of your entry.
  • Please make sure your files conform to our file requirements.
  • Once you have completed all your entry forms, uploaded the supporting materials, you can proceed to payment by clicking the 'Make Payment' button.
  • You can save incomplete entries at any stage and can choose to complete them later. However, for the entry to be submitted successfully into Asian Marketing Effectiveness Awards, you MUST proceed through checkout, payment, and client endorsement.
  • Please note: You can make more than one entry before paying; you do not need to pay for each entry one-by-one.

Step 3. Process Payment
  • You may either make an online payment via credit card, cheque or bank transfer. A confirmation email will be generated upon completion of online submissions and kindly include that with any cheque payment.
  • All payments must be made as soon as entry is submitted.
  • Payments must be received no later than 7 October.
Step 4. Send the Supporting Material – Offline
  • You will be required to submit one (1) copy of CD containing high resolution versions of the Case Film you submitted online (if any) to the Organisers.
